The artist has the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

All commissions will have a subtle watermark or signature that may not be removed.

Commissions and personal work are for private use only, no commercial use permitted without consent.

All commissions will be started after payment, including the sketch stage. After the first agreed upon sketch the client no longer has rights to a refund.

The client may not send payment before the artist agrees to the commission and has confirmed the slot.

The client may receive up to three (3) chances (with watermark included) to finalize any major changes they want made. Afterwards, drastic changes may cost an extra design fee.

Commissions may require one to three weeks to complete (dependent on size and/or queue).

All rights to the artwork, commission or otherwise, are still owned by the artist as the creator/designer after completion.

If the client for any reason does not want their commission posted to social media, please let the artist know in advance.

I, the artist, give no permission for my work to be used in any AI (artificial intelligence) works.
